It’s been a while since we’ve had a good AMA or community event, and we wanted to get your input on some ideas you would be interested in. We’ve done some preliminary searching for experts in the fields listed, but are open to hear your theme ideas in the comments as well.

Just remember that we need to be reasonable, as we are asking folks to volunteer, but we still want experts who provide a unique and engaging information on American culture. We’re probably not going to get a governor, but could get a staff member to agree, though your cousin who was a campaign intern isn’t quite an expert.

  1. What about the guy who hate an entire Taco Bell party 12 pack in one sitting?

  2. There’s a city planner who regularly uses AAL. He did an impromptu AMA yesterday actually. u/Cityplanner1

    And yes, very relevant username

  3. Can you do the top two because city planning and national parks both seem like amazing topics

  4. Oh, damn. Maybe I’m just weird, but I think these are some really good options. As in I’m actually having trouble picking which I’d like to hear about the most.

  5. If anyone knows a staffer for Pres. Biden, that might be interesting to get him on the panel

  6. What exactly do you consider a food expert?

I don’t mean to toot my own horn but I’ve been eating food all my life and am happy to talk about it. Depending on what kind of crowd we have here I can even set up an Only Fans account where you can watch me eat hot dogs, bananas, sausage, etc.

  7. How about someone that works in the auto industry? I work at a repair shop. I also know some city planning stuff, I can send photos of my cities skylines build to prove it xD
