painless period tips pls

on an intern trip and can’t bother to think abt any more stuff

  1. Whenever I get a chance to walk around, I take it.
    Exercise helps me a lot.
    Warm compress at night.

  2. painkillers, other than that I’m just suffering and screaming cause the pain is too bad to even let me move

  3. No caffeinated drinks or cold drinks. OTC painkiller when you just started your period as a preventative measure

  4. Caffeine to a minimum (or try to), lots of water, some kind of otc pain medication, those heating pads that stick to your underwear.

  5. As soon as you experience even a tiny bit of punching in the uterus? You take drugs, and you do it again as much as the dosage allows you to.
