Midol extra strength, lots of water
Whenever I get a chance to walk around, I take it.
Exercise helps me a lot.
Warm compress at night.
Besides basic otc pain meds, a hot water bottle is my go-to.
Lots of water and ibuprofen.
definitely midol
painkillers, other than that I’m just suffering and screaming cause the pain is too bad to even let me move
No caffeinated drinks or cold drinks. OTC painkiller when you just started your period as a preventative measure
Caffeine to a minimum (or try to), lots of water, some kind of otc pain medication, those heating pads that stick to your underwear.
Thermophor
it really just depends on you and your body, but maybe take iron or calcium.
Start the day with ibuprofen
As soon as you experience even a tiny bit of punching in the uterus? You take drugs, and you do it again as much as the dosage allows you to.
#FUCKTHISUTERUS
Extra strong Tylenol, water, dark chocolate and putting my legs up.
