1. That maybe they don’t feel like chatting at the moment. Maybe they’re tired, or not feeling well. Maybe their having a bad day. Maybe they’re having a mental health day…

4. I don’t judge. I’m not petty. If I can, I’ll try to continue the convo if I care to. I’m not about to judge someone for a bad response. He might be busy. At least he tried.

5. I have rejection sensitivity, but I’m now aware of it. I use to spend hours agonising about why they could possibly be bored of me and then I’d make up hurtful cheating scenarios in my head and try and end things. I’m better now haha
