I (21F) have my periods in about two days, me and my partner were having sex, we like it rough and it’s always been like that, but today i suddenly started bleeding and now I have abdominal pain too. What can be the cause? is it my periods or some other issue. I can’t see a doctor because i live in a conservative city where everybody knows everybody and my parents will get to know that i have sex.

if your about to start your period rough sex can bring it forward, this has happened to me before, like cramping in the cervix after it getting rammed during sex and then your period combined is probably the pain if it looks like period blood and not fresh normal blood

Is embarrassment worth the potential to not have children later or even die from this?
If word does leak out, you can drop the biggest lawsuit your area has ever seen on the doctor/clinic/hospital and the proceeds will grant you a life outside that crappy area.
