What tools do you use to comfort yourself when you’re faced with a dilemma that you have to deal with all alone?

  1. I make tea or coffee. I don’t even drink but i make it for no reason.

    I bath.

    I pray.

    Call some friend to vent.

  2. Deep breathing.
    Calming myself down with the sensory technique.
    Sometimes walking to let the excess energy that nervousness cause out.
    Writing about the issue to figure things out better.
    Looking into the issue for a solution perspective and looking in to what approach would be best.
