issue after putting on weight!

Hi, over the last few years I’ve put on weight and have come across this issue. Whenever I go out and walk about and sweat my inner thighs sweat alot and i get rash and swelling from the fricton with my trunks.
How do i resolve with (other then lose weight)?!

  1. Welcome to the wild world of chub rub. I recommend using a dry spray deodorant like Dove and spraying it on your inner thighs. Works like a wonder for me

  2. Lube! But yeah, lose weight. No better incentive to do so than not being able to walk because your fat thighs rub each other raw…

  3. Chub rub. Boxer briefs. Gold bond makes an anti friction stick, so do a few others but the boxer briefs solved it easy enough for me.

  4. I used to have this problem with running. Use anti-chaffing cream did wonders for me. There’s also powders that do the same job. You can also wear compression shorts or running anti chaffing bands under your regular clothes.

  5. Yeah, this is your body telling you you have reached your maximum density.

    If your taint swells up from chafing then you can put some preparation h on that area to reduce the swelling. Gold bond helps as well.

    I went thru same a year ago. Try intermittent fasting for tips on how to lose weight. I’ve lost 40 pounds and don’t deal with the chafing any more.
