Hi, I have a rather simple question. Is there any way I can ship something to someone in the US without knowing their address? For example, in my country there are places in which shipping companies drop the packages and the person can pick them up within 48hours. So, is there anything like this in your country?

FedEx and UPS have the option of picking up at a delivery center
I would bet UPS or FedEx would offer that service if USPS doesn’t. You’d have to contact them to be sure.
Otherwise, a post office box isn’t expensive. If they don’t want you to know their address, they can get one of those and just give you that info.
I’m pretty sure all three – USPS, UPS, and FedEx – offer a pick up delivery. If it’s a regular thing, you can buy an inexpensive PO Box at the Post Office too, and that can be your ‘address.’
Why not ask the person for their address?
