  1. Not the answer to your question but I’ve seen a lot of people lose a ton of weight with intermittent fasting.

  2. Now? Black Coffee for breakfast, a handful of macadamia nuts and a few pieces of dried beef for lunch, and steak or pork chops with broccoli or Brussels sprouts for dinner.

  3. I don’t even fucking know which is the worst part. I guess proccessed meat is my number one problem in addition to being physically inactive
