1. Get their numbers and ask to do things outside of work

2. Sometimes I found that using an event, like someone leaving, is a good way to get people out for goodbye drinks. From that you can sort of spring board your way into other social events.

   But fr it’s hard to make work friends into really friends, I feel like you need to have a lot in common that you can do something together out of work.
