My boyfriend told me that I am uneducated when I have an associate’s degree and do not make enough money at my job. He said that the reason that we would not be able to afford a nice home in the area we want is because of me because I’m not making 60-70k a year. He said some really mean things today that hurt me mentally. He said that I have no aspirations and am not doing anything with my intelligence which is not true. He said that because I buy ice cream and coffee that I am not fiscally responsible. I’ve done a lot on my own and do not rely on his money. It hurts when the person that you love treats you this way and refuses to give me any type of apology. He says that he has nothing to say to me. I’m just looking for some opinions because I’m always made to feel like I’m in the wrong and am demeaned when I am a good-hearted and intelligent person.

Well do you pay for everything in your life? Bills, car, food, water, phone, internet, mortgage? If so, then he can close his mouth.

. This is anecdotal, but this was the case with me. I had 8 pictures on my POF account. I would get some.reponses. I made my main profile picture one when I received my PEO license and I became more attractive almost instantly
That sounds like classic projecting. He is probably upset with himself for not making as much money as he would like, and not reaching his own potential.
But whatever his reason is for say it, his judgement of you sounds completely unfair and ridiculous :/
