Those of you that were fat and got into shape, how did it change your sex life?

  1. I’m currently on a fitness journey, but I’ve made great progress. I was 230 lbs. when I started dieting and now I’m at about 185. I’ve been lifting too and the changes are very noticeable.

    I’ve noticed that my girlfriend has started rubbing my arms and shoulders, which is something that she didn’t typically do before. I noticed her checking me out more and just generally being more touchy with me. Sex is the same but we’ve been having it more often.

  2. Didn’t. When I started to see my value after lost a lot of weight, 99,99% are now simply not good enough for me now.

  3. Changed immensely. Went from 340# to 215# in a year with diet and exercise. Having sex without all of that extra in the way made for a much more enjoyable time, dick looks and feels bigger, everything feels better when you don’t have that extra layer of fat around all of your important parts, and I am much more confident when I’m naked. I tell people who ask me about my transformation that the sexual benefits alone were worth the work.

  4. I’ve went from fit, to fat and back again several times in my life (currently in my 50s now).

    These are the changes I always notice:

    – sex with my partners is much more passionate and energetic and honestly, a little bit more enthusiastic on their part.
    – I’m pretty sure my dick shrinks when I’m fat (or parts stays hidden ) and grows when I’m fit.
    – when single, I found that women would jump into bed quicker … so first or second date versus 4th or 7th date.
    – when fat, it would take like a month or two of being intimate to start to talk about kinks or get a bit rougher or dirtier. When I was fit, seems like every woman I met was chomping at the bit to get into dirty sex faster, sometimes the first night.
    – I found I had more energy after…. Not really about round 2 or 3 or 4, but more like if I wanted to sleep / pass out or get up and do something because I was motivated to. So instead of turning off the light to sleep, I might jump out of bed and have a quick shower and prep for breakfast or put away dishes and program the coffee machine.

  5. Been working out the last two years, lost 40 lbs and almost have abs!

    I’m 36 and I was actually able to have sex twice in three hours last night (same woman). I did NOT know that was possible still at my age. I haven’t been able to do that since I was 20.

    Focused on a low fat/high protein diet, about 1800 kcals a day, personal trainer 3x a week.

    It has made such an enormous impact in every facet of my life, though, not just sex.

    Stamina and mind is better, too. Less anxious, I can last longer in bed and have more control.

  6. Was 230 for most of my life got to 180.

    Instantly got gf for 2 years after 0 sexual contact my life entire life.

    We broke up, then depressed me up to 240.

    I’m better and going back to 140 hopefully.

  7. I’ll be honest, it didn’t. I was 5’9” 1/2 and 280lbs. I ended up losing about 100lbs of it and i’m down to the high 180s now.
    Helped me realize that a solid 70% of women really don’t care about your size as long as you treat them right and are a good person.
    You can pull 10s as a 4 if you try hard enough.
    Took me way too long to realize this.
    You should lose weight to feel better and become healthier. Not to improve your sex life.

    Edit: Confidence and kindness go much, much, farther than you would think.
