Considering the absolute shitshow of applicants I’ve seen on a regular basis, I think if the rest of the application is good, then you should stick a 1 in there to ensure your application is seen by a human being.
Only If you’re 💯 sure you can do that job, then maybe stretching the truth would be ok. I’ve seen some job ads expecting the world and a zillion skills for low pay, so I’m sure a lot of people aren’t 100% honest in their applications.
