is manliness innate or something that needs to be proved?

  1. I believe it’s something that needs to be proven. You need to prove it to yourself.

  2. I’ve dumbed it down for myself, it’s literally doing the next right thing.

  3. Genetically speaking I’m 100% man.

As with regards to behaviour maybe not so much, I haven’t got time to worry about what anyone else thinks of me. I do what I want

  4. Someone that takes care of his responsibilities, someone that gets up every morning so that he can take care of and provide for his family and someone that owns up to his mistakes.

  5. being prepared to do the right thing, whatever the cost. isnt that what makes a man?

  6. You must climb the tallest mountain in your community, rip your shirt off, howl at the moon like a wolf and then eat raw meat of some sort. Jerky is acceptable as long as it’s not teriyaki. No because teriyaki isn’t delicious but because it’s inappropriate for the moment.

  7. The seed of manliness is innate, but it’ll only come forth if you *act* like a man. If you don’t, the seed dies.

  8. I used to know what made a male a male and a female a female. But…..the 2020’s have changed that understanding. Or at least anyone’s ability to vocalize it.

  9. My dad was talking to me about this, he said for him it was when both of his parents died. He was now at the top of the tree of people you got to for advice, and helped him try to get his life in order.
