Half whole milk – half cream. It’s usually used for coffee. 2% or 1% denote the percent of fat in milk. Skim milk is almost 0% fat.
They are all milk with varying levels of the fat remaining.
Half and half has a relatively high content of dairy fat and is most often used in coffee.
2% is just milk, and about half the fat content of whole milk.
Half and half is half cream and half milk, which is around 10% milk fat content.
Thanks
Half and Half is Half Cream, Half Whole Milk.
2% means there is only 2% milk fat per total weight of the milk.
This looks answered, but an even more puzzling question: What exactly is “fat-free” half and half which I’ve seen in the market?
Half-and-half is half wholefat milk and half cream. It is normally used for coffee: anyone drinking this is likely sick in the head.
The various %s refer to how much milk fat is left in the milk.
