21M and 20F. What do I do?

So to give some context we both attend the same college and that’s where we meet. I meet her two semesters ago and always thought she was super attractive and that only grew once I started to get to know her. The only issue was that my best friend at university had a huge crush on her and this prevented me from making a move because I didn’t wanna step on anyones shoes.

Fast forward to the day before we left college we my friends (including her) went out drinking. She got really intoxicated and I ordered her a Uber while her roommate went to take care of her. Before she left we were having conversation and she looked at me differently. I know this sounds weird but I could just tell something changed in her head.

Now it’s July and my family and I went visit my sister in the city. She doesn’t live to far from said city so I invited her to meet up and go to lunch and maybe go somewhere in the city. Well she came and we got lunch and then we didn’t know whatelse to do, so we just meet up with my family. She then proceeded to stay with us till dinner and she adored my family. During the whole day we were being super flirty to each other and played all these kind of games while waiting on my family at a shop. And my family loved her.

The only thing I’d like to mention is that she has been trying to set me up with one of her friends that I’m not interested in. And i was in a really bad relationship 3 years ago and still kinda scared from that so im worried about commitment. Please lmk what you would do or just let me know im a wuss and need to make a move.
