How do I tell my friends that them talking photos of me is triggering?

I have a wonderful group of friends, all of us in our teen years. Naturally, they all love taking tons of photos of everything, including me. For context, I was a victim of sa for years, and the assaulter would often take photos and videos of me. Because of his actions I developed an Ed and severe dysmorphia as well, which adds more to me not wanting to see the photos. I love them all and don’t want to tell them about my ed or sa, how do I explain to them that taking photos without my consent and posting them is triggering without sounding like a whiny asshole?
