What, in your opinion, is a low-effort thing you do that has massive high-level returns but is often overlooked?

  1. Getting up at the same time every day. Doesn’t have to be early, just consistent.

  2. Wearing sunscreen. Since I don’t usually sunburn, I would rarely use it. But as I am getting older and seeing my skin age, I wish I started wearing it sooner. Oh and reducing risk of skin cancer is a good benefit too.

  3. Getting plenty of sleep. I don’t drink coffee so sleep is the fuel of my engine. It makes a world of difference to be well-rested, but people are massively pressured to neglect their sleep or choose to do it for various reasons.
