Hello I’m new this group but I thought I’d share this in my experience I’ve been dealing with peripheral vision anxiety and over the past 4 yrs I’ve been dealing with this it’s been a journey especially through my last 2 yrs of hs I currently can cope a lot better than before but sometimes I get this doubt from my subconscious that I’m not doing better and that it feels worse and worse every time I’m working on it any tips or suggestions on how too deal with your subconscious and being around a large group of ppl bc that’s something I’m still struggling with any kind of advice Would be greatly appreciated
