Me (M26) and her (F20’s) last talked a week ago. We met through work but went out for dinner several times the week she was in town (she works at a different location than mine, was just visiting for the week). We talked constantly the whole time we worked together, dinners felt date-y, etc. that said, I’m still doubting myself. I want to stay in touch and possibly see if we could arrange to meet again. How should I open things here?

Sounds like you should put the offer on the table and let her decide. Don’t push it too hard. If she’s interested, which it sounds like she is, she’ll come to you.
