While having sex with my girlfriend, I’m wearing a condom and sometimes pull out as well to be extra certain. Oftentimes, we would go for round two, so I’m just taking the used condom off and get a new one. Recently, I started to realize there’s some sperm left on the tip of penis and probably inside the urethra. So my question is whether it’s unlikely such amount would leak or should I start going to the bathroom to wash every time I finish? It seems extremely impractical though. Any tips how to improve our current protection? I start to think I’m kinda paranoid but would prefer to avoid an accident lol.

Sounds safe to me but if you worry go to the bathroom. Wash your hand as well though
You still only insert your penis with a new condom on, right? I find it hard to imagine how the sperm could possibly get out of the condom and inside her. I suggest looking into why this worries you to such an extent.
If its something you are anxious about, it might be worth washing up real quick. Or using spermicide condoms or lube.
But unless you make a mess while switching condoms, you should be fine
