Hello, my girlfriend and I had sex on Saturday and we did not use condoms and I regret it now! Let me be clear that I did not finish inside her, it was just full withdrawal beforehand and I finished outside of the vagina. I’m quite confident there was not any semen that leaked out prematurely. Anyway, yesterday evening she said she was having sore breasts and some cramping and it was exactly four days since we had sex. If she was ovulating on Saturday, which I’m not sure of, just hypothetically assuming, could these symptoms she’s having be the result of my precum impregnating her that quickly? Or is it likely just PMS? I should also say that she is on hormonal birth control, I believe it’s the iud implant. Thanks all!

With what you said there’s very little chance of her getting pregnant, or having symptoms that early. Taking a rest never hurt anyone, but it’s just to put your minds at ease. She can take it if her period is a few days late. (Or if she doesn’t get periods then in about 2 or 3 weeks)
That being said, if “cumming outside of the vagina” still means between her legs, semen could get inside her. But with hormonal birthcontrol there really is only a small chance, I wouldn’t worry
4 days is way too soon for symptoms and if she is on birth control then the chances are extremely low.
