Accidentally ripped/tore external uthera and is now bleeding painfully.

Hey guys I was in the shower doing my thing when I felt a sharp pain coming from within my penis. I looked down and saw blood coming out of the tip, so I opened it and saw even more blood on the inside. I tried to wash it but it hurt super bad. It stopped bleeding now and the pain is gone but you can still see blood on the tip and if I move my penis for any reason it hurts. Should I go to the ER or will it heal on its own? It’s not bleeding bad neither is it painful unless I touch it, which then hurts a little.
