Thanks to a tik tok that popped up on my FYP I figured out I have AA. I looked more into it and everything seems to line up with how I get and it seems I tend to scare potential partners away. By that I mean I communicate fears and such and they ghost or just slowly fade. I know therapy is one way to help with it but with my job taking time off for appointments is not doable. Anyone else with this have any suggestions on how to deal with it?
