I had a guy ask me for my instagram and he asked it so casually, so why is it so hard for me to do that? What are some tips to ask this seamlessly?

  1. A few weeks back I was driving home from work (was around 11pm).

    I was almost home when I saw this guy walking on the sidewalk and I thought ‘I know this guy! He was at the festival last week, we had fun and laughed. He’s a nice guy’

    Before I knew what I was doing I was pulling over a bit more to the sidewalk, opening the passengers side window and yelling

    ‘hey -guy’s name-! What are you doing here? Add me on Facebook! Come here, give me your hand’

    I wrote my full name on his hand (I always have to spell out my last name, or show my ID because no-one knows how to write it by hearing it)

    He added me on fb
