Hello, I’m in my first year of college – 2 terms in – and I still haven’t made any friends. I’ve taken to buying people chocolates, sweets and things as a way to get them to like me and I suppose it’s worked somewhat.
I would say that I’m friendly with a decent number of people but I’ve never been invited to hangout outside of a classroom setting, the couple of times I tagged along over lunch I felt like a third wheel that had sort of tried to force my way into their friend group. How do I turn someone I’m friendly with into a friend?
