TL;DR looking for advice on how to nudge/start romantic relationship with coworker and trying to understand if he is interested
Hi redditers!
I am F, 24. He is M, 26. Both single. Have known each other for 6 months. We talk a lot and I think he interacts with me more than other females in the workplace.
During our chat he asked me if I am single and on a separate occasion what are my plans for the weekend, but when I invited him to join my two F friends, he politely declined saying if there would be more people he would. It doesn’t really seem that he is interested in me romantically.
Also he has birthday coming up, but he doesn’t have a lot of friends in the area we live in. Neither do I.
How can I strength my relationship with him and prompt to hang out together without scaring him off?

Do you two talk about movies? If there’s a movie you two would be interested in, ask him to go with you. Don’t over think it.
