My wife and I have been married for 5 years now. I figured out that she’s using another whatsapp secretly. I know this may sounds horrible but I really need help with it. I want to read everything on her whatsapp not even touching her phone if there’s any way to. Any apk or anything that would help. I would be so grateful.

You can get whatsapp on your own computer and connect it to her secret whatsapp but you need access to her phone because the computer authorizes whatsapp on the computer via the phone if you get me — if shes your wife this shouldnt be too hard to make up an excuse for needing her phone for like 10 min, once youre connected on your computer you can read every sent and received message

Dude you need to have a sit-down with the wife. Don’t do any snooping but just be straight with her that you saw it and you’d like her phone to see the content.
If she doesn’t give it up, your next phone call is to a lawyer.
Honestly- coming from someone who was cheated on. It’s better you get it straight from her. Regardless if you are able to see what’s on it or not, sometimes it’s better to not go snooping and have the tea. Because unfortunately you are going to be in a world of hurt. Having the answers is going to only going to force you to go further and further down the rabbit hole. If I was you I would just flat call her out. And if she can’t be truthful about it, then leave. It’s going to only boil into unnecessary issues. So either get it straight or bounce. There’s no in between.
