I want to know how to talk to people. Most of the time I come of as a total piece of shit because of my boring way of speaking. I want to know what to do to help myself improve in conversation skills

  2. Whenever you’re having conversation with anyone specially new. Don’t think about about impression the other person because you are allowing yourself to fall into overthinking zone to impress the other person with best line. Plus what are you doing exactly puting filters in what to say or not. It basically restricting you to be yourself to say anything freely.
