What’s something special you do for yourself when you need a pick me up?

  1. i dedicate a day to myself! i’ll give myself a budget and then spend the day doing whatever makes me happy. i’ll usually go to the beach, go thrift shopping, plant shopping or get my nails done

  2. Spending time on a hobby like art or music, or blasting music in the shower and then getting in bed and watching a movie

  3. I pamper myself- maybe go to the salon and get my hair done or order pizza for myself. Retail therapy also works.

  4. OK I’m sorry for answering as a guy but I think this is a good unisex answer.

    I wash my feet.

    Maybe lotion ’em and put on some warm socks, and then recline and put ’em up for good measure.

    No better feeling.

  5. I make an awesome meal or bake something a little more extravagant than normal.

    Or I’ll book a massage.

    Or I’ll go paddleboarding on the lake.

    Or I go to the gym until I’m exhausted and all that cortisol is fine, then on my way home I stop at the amazing bakery down the street and get a fancy dessert. Stress relief and treats? Done.

  6. I go to one of the coffee shops in my town, get myself a chai latte, and just sit there and enjoy it.
