I’m a slightly chubby guy with glasses so I’m kind of scared to put myself out there. (maybe it’s just a self-image issue, I view myself as too nerdy looking). I do have a thing for nerdy girls though, so maybe I might be their type. But it’s time to stop being afraid and just do it.
Even though I have a car, I live in a town where there’s not much to do (Cape Coral) so I don’t really go out much. As a result, I don’t have many pictures of myself except for ones I’ve taken of me in my home. Are at-home selfies considered low-effort for Tinder and other dating apps?
Any advice on pretty much anything is appreciated. I’ve never dated online and I’ve only had 2 partners in my life, and that was when I went to college before COVID. Now I’m graduated and unemployed and well, there’s not much getting out the house these days. This town is astronomically boring.
