Just for whatever reason, when I wake up, it’s like I forgot how to talk and interact with people. at around 4 pm, I’m very social, and feel like myself, but it’s just not like that during the day. for example, this morning, I woke up, said hey to my dad, and helped him move stuff around in the garage for an hour. I barely said anything to him during that time . Now I’m just getting home from going out with my sister and I can’t shut up, I’m almost annoying at this point haha. What can I do differently to feel this way all the time? It shouldn’t take me 8 hours to get to my normal social self, because I am SUPER social, it just takes me time to wake up.
