    Lots of customer service workers have a manual.

    Also, telemarketers have one as well.

  2. Because social interactions don’t have a set script. Maybe a basic framework or phases but that’s it

  3. Which parts of social interactions are painful to you? Is it the fear of judgment?

    Sometimes it’s best to take a step back and just observe how others interact. That’s what I do most of the time.

    If you want to look at frameworks I recommend taking a course in Sociology.
