There is an opinion that if you constantly keep the penis in a position on the pubis in your underwear, it will stick upwards when erect. But if you hold it down with the head on the testicles, then the penis will be tilted down when erect. Is there really such a pattern or is it just a myth?

  1. Erections for me tend to be more about the level of sexual attraction I’m feeling than anything else.

    The position of the flaccid penis doesn’t have much to do with it. My erections are the same.

  2. The direction of the erect penis is determined by genetics and by how much blood is in it. How you tuck it in your pants has no impact on its direction.
