I met this guy while I was dorming in university. He lived close. However, now that it’s summer and I live back with my parents. He is unwilling to see me until I move back to my dorm because I currently live 45 mins away, but I move back to my dorm 25 days. He has made it clear that he has no intentions of seeing me before if it means he has to drive 45 mins to come get me. He went from talking to me for a couple days and calling me at night to not talking to me for 5 days so far. Is it because he isn’t interested or that he is, but just wants to wait until I’m back in my dorm? He also made it pretty clear that he doesn’t really have intentions of having a boyfriend/ girlfriend relationship with me because he’s 23 and I’m 19 and he worries about how it looks. He literally said it would be a situationship. Exclusive but not official.

He seems bored and you’re keeping him entertained. Move on. No one needs messy situationships. Boys usually say this because they hate responsibility (he’s not even willing to drive to see you) so ask yourself if you can constantly do what he wants, and not what you want.
