It probably involves some sort of discipline I would imagine
Wake up at 530, hit the gym for an hour. Get ready for work, go to work for 9 hours, at home, hit the books while cooking dinner. Eat, tidy up, hit the books for another hour or so, get to bed.
Up by 6, showered and dressed by 6:25, out the door by 6:45 with shoes on my feet and food in my belly. At work by 7:05/7:10 depending on traffic.
Use to live over an hour away, would be up at 5, walking out of the house by 5:45 to be at work by 7:10.
I’m a kindergarten teacher, the only thing that gets me through the day with 5-6 year olds is routine and a tight schedule.
In bed by 10, but I’m a bad sleeper, so I toss and turn a lot.
