Women of Reddit, what type of bra do you wear after getting a sunburn on your shoulders, back or chest?

1. none or a fabric bandeau if you absolutely need it

2. The like a cloud bra from lululemon. It’s so “cooling” light and silky. Best “next to nothing” option out there

There are no soft bras when you have big boobs so if I have to wear one after getting a bad sun burn that anything rubbing against it will make it hurt, I immediately after discovering I was burned, apply the aloe vera gel I keep in the refrigerator to the affected area as well as a cold washcloth to draw as much of the heat out as possible. Whatever pain I may feel afterword is tolerable.

5. if there are no other bra option put on the most comfortable one and maybe to distribute the pressure of the straps you could put a cloth or piece of fabric underneath or something. it might not look the best but maybe won’t hurt that bad. and you can also put aloe and stuff underneath

10. Aerie has really good soft material bras. They’re not going to support you like a wired bra will. But if you aren’t comfortable going braless, theirs are breathable and comfy!
