Advice, don’t say anything about her breasts. Just indulge yourself and enjoy her beautiful breasts, she will get off on this seeing you loving them. If you say anything this will make her feel insecure.
As someone on the small side, just enjoy them. If you put too much focus, it may come across as insincere. Treat them like any other boobs you’ve enjoyed before.
Don’t try and reassure her about her “small” breasts. Tell her how much you love them, how beautiful they are, how much you love her rubbing them in your face etc etc.
IMHO just don´t do anything special about it – special just could confirm that there is something that needs to be done.
I once hat an SO that was self conscious about her body and tried to hide it to make it even more obvious. Even the institution make her self-conscious about it because they required her to hide it,… I did not much care about it and I hope it helped her to come to terms with it – she never felt the need to hide it.
If she notices that you give her breasts more attention and believes it is bc she lacks in that regard, it might backfire. There are so many people that are attracted by different things – each major adult photo/video section will have a small breast category. Rule 34 applies.
