Me[18m] and my gf[19f], have been together for over a year now. We are also both our firsts. Due to college and other factors, we have only been able to see each other, and experiment sexually sporadically.
Anyways, I often don’t feel 100% confident that she orgasms a lot of the time. And the main reason it’s confusing is because she doesn’t really know either, lol. She told me that before we got together she had never orgasmed before, or maybe only once. So it’s almost like she doesn’t quite know herself.
So, when I’m going down on her, she will be obviously enjoying it, and moaning. And eventually she will start moaning more intensely, and it seems like she orgasms based on how she is reacting. But I never feel or see her vagina contracting or anything that I’ve been told happens in a female orgasm.
So I’ve thought maybe she’s just enjoying it a lot, and not actually orgasming and she doesn’t know it, is that possible? Thanks for any feedback lol.

If she had an orgasm she would definitely know it.
I mean everyone orgasm is different, for me, my legs shake and my whole body, i also moan but shaking is the moment my bf knows i came.
You’re probably right in that she is enjoying it but not actually climaxing. She’d know and honestly you’d likely know too. The contracting is often not only her vagina but the rest of her body, and sometimes there’s a noticeable difference in how wet she is. Just keep listening to her body and as you two continue to get comfortable with each other they will flow.
The way I tell is by her legs / body shaking. That is a big sign and a hot one, moaning louder and louder as she’s cumin.
If she’s having a good time then it’s alright, don’t worry about it unless she wants more.

Depends I have had little ones that are like 8 contractions and are great and then I have had outer body ones which I didn’t know what was a happening the first time that happened it’s like 13-15 spasms and you are shaking everywhere. When she feels that then she will know. And then she will want you to do that again.
Her legs will tense up and maybe shake a bit, her nipples harden. Her face and chest may flush, breathing may become hastened and shallow. Watch her hands and toes, usually they clinch and spread or close. The body has autonomic responce to climax that is hard to hide.
Ask her if she feels a “rise” or “build up” of pleasure
