I often get told I’m defensive, mean, hardheaded and can’t let things go. I often just view it as being strong, if someone makes fun of me, doesn’t it make sense to make fun of them back? If someone’s mean to be, shouldn’t I be mean back? Lately I’ve realize me in my life most people don’t really likes me.

  1. Being touchy and reactive is a sign of insecurity. Being cool and letting things roll off your back is a sign of confidence. The guy who flips his shit every time someone pokes a little fun at him shows everyone that he is weak and easy to disrupt. Taking it with calm and grace, in the other hand, shows people you cannot be so easily thrown off and that you’re centered and can maintain composure.
