M24 here, she is F22. We met at a sports league we are on this summer and have some common friends.
She is quite friendly in general with everyone and hence the confusion.

I once mentioned we should play a sport together and she messaged me upfront a couple days later she is in, can’t wait for tomorrow and stuff. She drove ~15 km to come play at university (she is in the same university and comes weekly for the league but lives a little far from campus) and spent on parking and stuff, we joked and laughed all the time while playing one on one. While leaving she kinda hinted I walk her to her car when I started walking the other way.

I don’t know if I should have said I like you? I just walked her to car and said let’s do it again later this week but she said she’s exhausted and next time we met she was kinda cold, not a lot but slightly.

I am sure I am overthinking this a lot but my STEM program was almost all male and so was my high school and I never had a gf before so I can’t really read signs very well. There has not been any touchy feely behaviour.

There has been no touchy-feely from any side. I am an extrovert but ironically shy when it comes to romance. I also wear a turban and do not want to convey I am not into dating because of culture/tradition or I am not interested because I totally am interested.

TLDR: Met her as part of a summer league and know her for a couple months. Recently she agreed to hangout one on one which went well but I am not sure if she is actually into me.

No. Tell them you like them when you KNOW you like them.

Ask her out to dinner or drinks. Take this dynamic out of the sports setting.

And there shouldn’t be. You two are merely friends that potentially view each other as dating prospects.
