How do you (internally) deal with things/situations that bothers you, instead of running from them?

  1. Art and journaling. Sometimes I just need to empty my brain and put what I’m thinking and feeling onto paper(or iPad).

  2. By *knowing* that it is the fastest way to move past something.
    Having a problem just sitting there taunting me is the worst- I tend to just overthink it to the exclusion of my entire life.
    So getting up and dealing with it is actually pragmatic- if I can make my life better or run more smoothly then why wouldn’t I?
