I took the condom off and he got hard quickly.The situation got a little boring so we went without a condom. When I was close to coming I went to put the condom on and again the penis softened. Have her put the condom on for you? My first girlfriend use to do that all the time (i also had issues with wearing condoms).
When my hubby and I first got together that would happen to him. We fixed it by having me put it on him, most times with my mouth, so his mind was still focused on pleasure and me and not on the putting on the condom that made it not feel as good.
You have to train your mind to associate the condom as a sexual addon.
Easiest way is to buy a load of cheap ones and everytime you masturbate, do so with a condom, never do it without until your brain is used to it being there all the time.
Also the other comments about getting the girl to put it on is a great idea too.

You are getting focus on the task of putting on a condom and not any sexual or arousal thoughts. Maybe try having her put the condom on to arouse you.
