Utah is not totally dry but they do have stricter alcohol laws than most states, and some cities/towns prohibit the sale of alcohol.

People get around it by declaring wine as olive oil.
Some states it is illegal to ship alcohol to. It was illegal in MA for a very long time but it is now legal.
A quick search shows that outside of Utah, the other states are: Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Delaware
Its wild to think in one state you can have your booze and marijuana delivered to your door; and another state is a felony. What a time to be alive.
