A bed.
Edit: Two beds. Just saw it was a 2bdr.
Check the age and how kept up stuff like your water heater, water softener, air conditioner, ceiling fans, fridge, fuse boxes, are in. Always handy to have stuff for their maintenance around like spare fuses, filters, etc.
Do you have a complete set of appliances?
Get the safety stuff first. Make sure you can get to and shut off water/electric/gas. Get a fire extinguisher and a plunger. Make sure you’ve got enough towels for water damage control, etc..
You can run to a store and pick up most things, but if you need something in the category above you need it RIGHT DAMNED NOW.
Most people tend to fill any space they live in, you’ll build up everything eventually.

Fire extinguisher for each floor and a good plunger for each bathroom. Whatever you need to sleep, work (if applicable), and keep yourself entertained.
For everything else, live in the space for a few weeks before deciding. What makes sense now you might feel differently after getting used to the house.
