Depends, coffe works, caffeine in all sorts. Powernap.
Best thing is look up why you have loss of energy and try dolve it longterm. Like sleep? Vitamins? Food? Exercise?
Daily exercise, a diet that is mostly vegetables, lots of water, and doing my best to sleep on a set schedule
