How can I avoid having a crush on someone? Everytime I crush on someone i overthink everything about them and imagine what it would like to be them. And sometimes it really consumes me, affecting my concentration and sometimes i just don’t need to have these thoughts right now. My brain does this on autopilot now.
Idk if this happens only to me but i tend to obsess in unhealthy quantities.
any coping mechanisms? And perhaps also why it happens.
