**I asked this girl via text if she was at a party**.
Then after she replied with no, I texted:
“***You’re quite the party girl odd that you didn’t go to this party***”
Then she replied: ***No actually I am not.***
I replied: ***Don’t fool me***
After that she left me on delivered for almost a day since.
Did I insult her? What should I do now?

Did someone force you to say this? Because if not it wasn’t unwillingly.
What happened is that you said something dumb, she replied and gave you a chance to move on, but instead you doubled down refusing to accept her response.
You did insult her; you should move on.
Typically the term “partygirl” refers to a girl that likes to get hammered for *any* reason, and sleep around. It doesn’t ALWAYS mean this, but it’s a kinda ambiguous term that has come to have primacy in meaning this.
I think you were being more annoying than insulting.
