Too ugly/unattractive for online dating?
Heya, I’m 22/M and have never been on a date before, so I wanna try my luck with OLD apps but I’m kinda insecure because I keep seeing all of these posts and stories from guys who get as much as 1 match a week or even nothing at all and it’s kinda depressing to read tbh. Idk where I stand on the attractiveness scale but to my understanding people on OLD apps tend to have much higher standards than when dating irl. I tried Tinder once for a short amount of time but it really stressed me out and made me insecure so I stopped rather quickly.
I don’t wanna ruin my self-esteem on shallow apps but at the same time I feel like it’s my last resort because I’m kinda shy and have never approached anyone irl. I’m just curious to know what you guys and girls have experienced, how much u think ur looks were important and whether or not you regret trying OLD.
Also any beginner advice in general is appreciated :^)
