Hello Everyone, I am 24 and I have been having sexual problems since I am 18, most of the times I can not get morning erections and a completely hard erection because of my anxiety and depression and because of it I don’t enjoy sex it feels like I am just pushing things till I ejaculate and it’s not fun or pleasurable for me and sometimes If I get hard I ejaculate in less time than at which I used to as a kid.
It doesn’t bothers my girlfriend but I don’t like it.
Also I feel my penis has gotten smaller over the time is it possible??
What should I do??
Thanks in advance.

  1. I mean, probably you should try Viagra or Cialis? But I would check with whatever doctor you get the prescription from (especially if you have anxiety and depression)… they’re the professionals after all! And it’s a very simple process, too. Lots of websites let you answer a basic questionnaire and you can get your prescription *and* ED medication in a matter of days.

  2. Get your testosterone checked. Low T can cause all your problems. Fixing it can be simple.

  3. Many antidepressants have sexual side effects including erection problems and orgasm problems. There are different types, or classes, of antidepressants, grouped by how they work. SSRIs are a type of antidepressants that commonly have sexual side effects. You should tell your doctor about the sexual side effects that you’re experiencing. If you’re not seeing a psychiatrist you should ask your doctor to refer you to a psychiatrist.

Your penis hasn’t gotten smaller over time. Your penis may look smaller if you’ve gained some weight. This is because the base of your penis is surrounded by a layer of fat that will make your penis look smaller. The actual length of your penis hasn’t changed, but the visible length of your penis has changed because part of your penis is hidden by fat. The only time your penis will change is if you’re body is cold enough that blood is automatically withdrawn from extremities to keep the core of your body warm. Your penis is one of your extremities.

It seems to me that your lack of morning erections is physical not emotional. You have a morning erection when you wake up. I highly doubt that you feel anxious and depressed when you’re unconscious.
