Some guy asked me out a week ago, we decided on a day and that we’d have dinner. We’ve been talking since but he still hasn’t mentioned the time and place.
I’m thinking of giving him till tomorrow morning and then giving up.
What do I say to him to let him know that this was a huge turn off. And am I a mug (silly) for giving him this much time?

Have you asked what the plan is?
Sometimes using your words is better than being silently annoyed and waiting for someone to do what you’d like them to.
That said, if he’s that rubbish at simply picking a place to go, he’s probably not going to be much of a planner.
I have been in this situation before and unless there is a date, time and location I wouldn’t give it a second thought. To clarify I had a date time and location and the dude didn’t show but contacted me later to say he was busy and his life is hectic. Pfffft, bye!
